Cleary busts his ass on the ice. He's good in all situations and mucks it up. We'll lose some of our grit and goal scoring if someone(cough Franzen, cough Voltron Hudler cough) doesn't step up in his absence. We still have plenty of options on the PK.

It sure would be nice not to go into the playoffs missing our likely starting goaltender, a second line all-around forward, and a top-3 defenseman. All are supposed to be back before the playoffs, but still...
We lose 2 of our top 3 D like last year and we aren't going anywhere, unless Holland works some kind of magic at the trade deadline.
