Bunch of cheapshot artists and divers. Anytime you make contact with one of them they do a total swan dive, but turn your back and you'll get a stick in the back of the neck.
Callahan, Hollweg, Avery and Dubinsky represent a black hole of aggravation. _________________ The Love Guru is a comedy like the Leafs are a hockey team. - G&M's Rick Groen

Christ. Komisarek and some Ranger get into a scrum and they single out Komi for a penalty. This game is being officiated from the league head office. _________________ The Love Guru is a comedy like the Leafs are a hockey team. - G&M's Rick Groen

FUCK YEAH!!!!!!
Yeah, and I really, REALLY hate the Rangers again.
That was AWESOME. You'd think I was overusing that expression, but I'm really not.
Too bad Philly couldn't pull off the W in Ottawa... if we had taken over 1st because of this...
The Rags had us in full self-destruct mode and we came back. Thank you, Michael Ryder. Man... our role players are coming through in these monumental comeback games. Smoke against Joisey, and Ryder vs the Rags. First hat trick (though I think that 3rd one might be Lapierre's, but who cares) of the year for the Habs.
And Markov... did you see him break up that 2 on 1 in OT? He then proceeded to have about a 2 minute shift, complete with cherry-picking. _________________ "Oh my God. There she is. Who says we're too old of a team for firsts?
First time ever, in 99 years of hockey, that the Montréal Canadiens have comeback from a 5-0 deficit. _________________ "Oh my God. There she is. Lovely Sally Slater. I should speak to her. Yep, they've taken away Ryder's hat trick goal and given it to Streit... I must've saw something completely different. _________________ "Oh my God. There she is. Lovely Sally Slater. Has TSN kicked Michael Whalen off the Habs' beat in favour of John Liu? That's harsh. _________________ "Oh my God. There she is. Lovely Sally Slater. I should speak to her. But what the hell can I say? Anything that doesn't mention that I masturbate over her memory is probably a good idea."

I was the DJ at John Liu's wedding. Whalen is in his mid to late 50's and is easing into retirement - his decision. Liu - a lifelong habs fan (and now husband of an former bluenoser) was given the chance to take over the Habs beat. Just after his wedding in late august he was off to MTL... _________________ The crowd once again showed its IQ level when it shouted ``U-S-A, U-S-A,'' during the fight. I swear Liu was on the Toronto beat earlier this year, and they switched at some point. _________________ "Oh my God. There she is. Lovely Sally Slater. I should speak to her. But what the hell can I say? Anything that doesn't mention that I masturbate over her memory is probably a good idea."

In August he was transfered to MTL. He may have come back to cover some stuff and fill in but he sold his house in Whitjax or Oshaby or Pickerborough and bought one on the West Island... _________________ The crowd once again showed its IQ level when it shouted ``U-S-A, U-S-A,'' during the fight. Admittedly it has been hard to root for the Rags...I just can't stand Hollweg and Avery.
Frankly I think this might do them in, the Rags would need to have a lot of character to bounce back from a humiliating loss like this, and frankly I don't think they have it. |

The Rags have something that gets 'em going. But they also have something that switches them off. It's like their captain is enigmatic and prone to prolonged spurts of indifference or something.
Gomez was EXCELLENT last night. _________________ "Oh my God. There she is. Lovely Sally Slater. I should speak to her. But what the hell can I say? Anything that doesn't mention that I masturbate over her memory is probably a good idea."

| I know all the Habs fans are feeling the euphoria of the big win-but what is the common feeling on Price's performance? Does the revolving goalie rotation continue or does Carbo finally give Huet the nod for good (and in the play-offs)? |
