I always thought his edge was closer to dirty rather than rough. He's a prick in the pronger mold.

Hitting that partition... just unfortunate. Those really should be padded as much as possible. In a game so fast, I can't imagine JJ did that on purpose. The hit was started half-way down the bench and just carried on into the partition.

Just saw the hit, can't really say for sure it was dirty. Yes, his elbow's up but it doesn't look to me like he's trying to drive Ryan's head into the partition. Very unfortunate timing on the hit there. Nonetheless, it's a shame Rob Blake is a stand up guy and kept Laperriere from beating up on JJ...
Anyway, both he and Svatos are out indefinitely. Fucking great. I fucking hate playing the Kings. Even when we win they find a way to make it suck.  |
