It was really nice to get that win even if we gave up a point. Roy, Kotilik and Afinogenov didn't have good nights.
Miller let in another soft one (unassisted and short handed no less) at the beginning of the game and I thought that was going to be the end of it.
They fought for it though. The game winner was pretty much the doing of 2 rookie defensemen that just got called up. Mike Weber made the play to keep the puck in the zone, Vanek set up Andrej Sekera who scored by off all things SHOOTING THE FUCKING PUCK!
Alex Auld played a really good game but also had a horseshoe lodged in a very dark place. _________________ I came here to chew bubblegum and kick ass... and I'm all out of bubblegum.
