All the talk out of Boston since they won is about how they've stopped the Habs, yadda yadda... it's still 2-1 Montreal, guys.

And we all know about how you guys view us Habs fans. Laughing

Game 4 is always looked at as the swing game... either 3-1 or down to a best of 3.

We would be up 2-1 if not for Mike Leggo, and we've outplayed you guys 2 games to 1.

This from facebook:

paper in Montreal ran a story saying , some hab fans in Boston taunted the team bus. The first one off the team bus was Cam, and he threatened to stick their habs flags up their ass....ran in the journal de montreal (too funny)

Cool

That is gutless. Komisarek should be run out of the league. I hope they fucking take his head off. I hope he dies. Intent to fucking injure you cocksuck.

And Carbo whines.

And Hamrlik dives and the refs call it.

Terrible...

But we're dominating the pussies...

After seeing the replay, I saw nothing wrong with Komisarek's hit
At game speed, I thought he went for the knees, but he didn't

The interference call that followed did look like a dive by Hamsterdick

Chara's hook that gave the Habs a 5 on 3 was kinda weak
On Sturm's second shorthanded breakaway, he was pretty severely hooked
(certainly worse than Chara's) and it wasn't called

Murray picking up where he left off, sending onetimers into the corner Rolling Eyes
At least he threw a check early on

Great first period to watch

Good lord people if I didn't know you all were poking fun at Razz's inability to not make physical threats I wouldn't come here at all! Its downright violent!

Anyway Patrice Brisebrois scores in the dying moments of period 2 with a cannon. But only after Mr. I can't hit the net Sturm misses yet again with his millionth chance of the game . Patrice has found himself a bit more liked during tour number 2. He seems to have learned a thing or two about his limitations in Colorado and dare I say he has matured into a reliable D Man in his old age.

I really enjoy this matchup even if you all don't.

Unlike Breezy...Murray has not aged well with his play.

Excellent game. Brisebois's goal stands up as the GWG. That is what hockey is all about.

Poor old Lucic was being used like a government mule. Bruins really miss Bergeron and the lack of a capable offensive D-man. A for effort for both teams. A downright classic. Its nice to see a 2-2-1 instead of the usual shit that didn't work against the Habs.....too bad it took 3 games into the series.

Carey Price is solid and composed. I might eat my words on that one.

Damn that was close. Great game. B's played awesome and Montreal just barely met the challenge. Bear-ly.

Yup, that's what I've been saying (screaming)

He is all done ... put Kessel on Savard's line, Murray is useless

That finish was wild, tic-tac-tic-tac..........where's the toe?!? Laughing

Price should be the #1 star

Wicked game - boat loads of end to end.

With the B's playing the habs so tightly the last 3, I'm puzzled why they couldn't beat them all year.

Murray needs to take the surf board they game him for games played and find a nice beach in south africa for ummmm... how about the rest of his life?

Razz (from a text message)

you are quite right about the boy from bridgewater, he's washed up worse than the banks of the lahave...

Well. Gotta win a couple of nailbiters, that's for sure. Price made the big save on Metropolit in the 2nd, and Sturm missed that empty net in the first. That's the difference.

There was lots of hitting, lots of point shots, lots of blocked shots, and very few whistles. The refs let 'em play. Thomas let out the rebound on one of a very few PP opportunities for either team and Brisebois buried it. It's the definition of playoff hockey... one mistake can be monumental.

Hope that's the last Boston home game this year, but you just don't know when the teams play it this close.

well the first thing to go are the legs and its painfully obvious with Murray. He was known for his hard shot which he was able to get off from his positioning. His legs can't keep up with his mind right now and he's being used incorrectly by Julien. I agree Hip they need to put Kessel up there with Lucic and Savard.

It seems Julien has been rather slow to adapt in this series and unfortunately that will cost them.

I disagree. He had a drastically different team in the second and third games.

Carbo adapted fairly well too though.

this is going to be close all the way down to the wire.

I've been watching Wideman closely and he's got potential. But sometimes he makes very poor choices with the puck like he's having trouble reading the play. It isn't as blatant as Dion's gaffes but he seems tenative everytime he decides he's going to carry the play.

I would like to see Lashoff next game over Hnidy.....but Lashoff's D game is questionable.

It would be fun if the B's and Habs had a whole game of run and gun.

though I think it plays to our strength more.

He was still running the 1-2-2 in game 2. He didn't start establishing a better forecheck until the 2nd or 3rd periods. I think Carbo did a great job of adapting to the Bruins attempt to shut down the speed of the Habs. He's proving the Habs are an elite team that can adapt...the sign of a champion.

I was going to say, of course it'd be fun. Laughing

Super-never-racking is fun, too. Just shortens the ole lifespan.
