Go Habs. I'll be watching this one at home, munching on apple chips.

Koivu and Bouillon are in.

Go Saint-Pierre too: we want winners tonight, and certainly no belly itchers.

Really chippy opening minutes. Habs and whoever they're playing against are getting into scruffs after every whistle.

We'll see how much the refs are going to put up with.

How Ward gets a penalty for tripping after the play but Komisarek doesn't for roughing up Savard is beyond me. Gotta love Chara over there bitching out Komisarek, that fucking lug is gonna be lucky to get out of Boston alive if he keeps that shit up...

Versus announcers said that Savard started it with a punch at Komisarek.

Friggin awesome goal by Kessel. The release on that shot was insane.

Great game so far. Couple of great goals and plenty of hitting.

Yup great goals by Phil Da Thrill and Plexo.

Lucic clearly dove on the Plexo penalty, but it ends up working in our favour. Karma's a buh-buh-buh-byatcheslov Kozlov.

Lucic was falling before Pleks stick got near him. But the Ghosts evened that out.

Thomas read that breakaway very well, but Plekanex showed great patience waiting and getting it around his foot. Nice breakaway pass.

Lucic didn't dive, but it also wasn't a trip - he just fell on his own.

The CBC announcers are SO biased... but I also think Montreal is outplaying us tonight. Don't see us moving on unless we pick it up...

Wow is this game close. It feels that Boston has been ramping up its game against Montreal through the season, and once they won - the floodgates opened. Montreal, on the other hand, were complacent - as if it was their 'right' to beat Boston and expected Boston to make mistakes that they could use and capitalize. Montreal's picked up their play tonight - and Koivu has helped in the fact that it takes the focus off the KoPeK line - but it's awful close. The 3rd should be fantastic!

We started taking it too them in the 2nd, and the 3rd has been all us. The effort in our boys is absolutely amazing, GREAT goal by Sobotka....
