These two teams are really even, IMO. Carolina has a true #1 center, but we have a true #1 d-man. Both have very good goalies.

2 man advantage now. Canes got caught with the puck over the glass while killing the penalty... that seems to be only when it happens.

Kovalev and Chipchura might have some chemistry down the road. 
Kovy drew Kostopolous' spot and there were some pretty strong chances as a result.

I'm just saying, if it hits 8-1, I think I'll drop any concerns about a Hurricane comeback. If they get to 11-1, that'd be pretty kickass as well.

Grahame's in to start the 3rd. Usually Hurricanes goalie switches work completely against us, but let's just say.... Grahame sucks. Switching from Ward to Grahame isn't in the same league as from Weekes to Irbe or from Gerber to Ward.
Too bad they didn't eat his salary and have Leighton make the team ahead of him like they should have.
