My local keeper is setup where you can keep up to four players your choice and everybody that keeps less than that starts the draft till all teams are up to four. Then the draft based on last years finish order begins. This allows a crap team with say two legit keepers to get a couple early picks in before the guy with a stacked team.

For an autodraft team, I don't think I did too bad. Made it into the playoffs. I wouldn't mind doing a keeper, say keep 4. However, thinking about a salary cap makes my head hurt. Too much math, especially after a few drinks. Smile

We would also have to account for the fact that we want to have what ever we do work with a Yahoo draft obviously for a NA wide pool we need to draft on-line.

I like those rules if they can be made to work in Yahoo. Also maybe add that you can protect only one goalie.

I'd be in.

I suggest it be 6 players or a starting lineup of 1C, 1RW, 1LW, 2D, 1G

Fuck Craig! Laughing

Its bad enough I get smoked by him in both pools.....and then I lose to my old man as well.

Oh well at least I tanned Jeff's ass in the 3rd Place game.

I tried to get creative with my matchup against Tuzer.......and ended up sacrificing some categories....shit I could have blundered my way to a loss there.

Give me my money Butch!

Congrats Hounsy.

I must admit (and apologize) for my own apathy toward this season. I guess I basically got bored with this as a symptom of getting bored with this NHL season in general. All things considered I'll probably bow out next season as well.

That's the problem with having a commish in the insurance biz. He takes your money no problem and with a smile... but you have to fight like hell to get what should rightfully be coming back to you in the end.

No, it's having a commish that bet all the pool money on the Leafs throughout the season. Wink

True he clearly shouldn't have a job in the "Risk assessment" side of the business.

Apparently the payout only applies to REGULAR SEASON 1, 2, 3.....and ONLY the Playoff champion gets any cash.

Butch.....we need to make sure this is spelled out CLEARLY next time. Tuzer has been over this thread demanding explanation of payout with no answer. Looks like we are already losing 2 of our regulars for next year in Sask and Av.

You might have to hand over your GMing duties next year. You've done a fine job but we should start rotating responsibility. Perhaps Craig should do it.
