Was going to go up Torrey's tomorrow....but uh....I don't own crampons, ice axes or snow shoes...and uh look at these pics from last weekend.
Also look at the comparison between last year at this time.

So instead of mucking around with snow we are going up South Boulder Peak.

went up South Boulder Peak today...wasn't going to fight the snow and wind.
a good elevation gain of close to 3000 FT in under a mile....huff....puff....but I powered through it (yeah off season training!). The woofer is suffering as this was his first summit.
