no link , just announced
well , our faceoffs should improve! lol... he was the unofficial player-coach for faceoffs when he played here. Really helped Linden , Ronning , Nedved , ... and he's a good guy. A champion too . |

He worked for the Habs this past year as a "leadership consultant" or something like that. I guess he only had 3 sessions with the players and that's about it. _________________ "Oh my God. Something doesn't sit right. Gillis is countering the 'country club' so much that he won't hire Trevor Linden (or so it's supposed, there could obviously be many angles at work), but brings in Ryan Walter, whose broadcast insight -- the only thing we laypeople can really judge him by -- is, well, lacking at times? _________________

| Im not too picky with the assistants , as long as he gets along with Vigneault. If I put up with the fake Barry Smith for 5 years , I can put up with anybody. |

My sentiments exactly. This isn't all that different from hiring Barry Melrose as your head coach... _________________ ... Because the old one, is well, old.
