| That's cheap. I would think regular season BoSox tix go for close to $50 or $60 by now, at least the good ones... They were $22 for the ones 2/3 of the way up the 3rd base line, 2/3 of the way in from the field, when we were there 11 years ago... |

that's not cheap, it's unheard of
there's an online ticket agency (like E-Bay) where some tickets were selling for as much as $1500
Regular season Green Monster seats are $100 ea., min of 2, and you have to sign up for a lottery to win them
$22? nope, can't even park for that
I think the shittiest seats are at least $40 or so, the wooden ones you can't squeeze into
Want seats for that horseshoe shaped upper section behind home plate, the ECM area I think it's called?
They will run you $ 226,800.
that's two seats @ 200/seat x 81 games x 7 years ( minimum order )
Yes Bruins fans actually have it lucky compared Red Sox fans
As far as cost of seats goes, not quality of product

I sat in the first row upper deck RF. Excellent seats.
Poor drunk Boston bastards I talked to spent anywhere from $600-$1800.......and loved it.
It was amazing being able to hear the Boston bullpen drum. Quite an experience.....
I don't know who was worse the multitude of shitfaced Boston fans.....or the very few piss drunk Rockies fans who wanted to fight said multitude of drunk Bruins fans.
20 year olds are f'n dumb. _________________

Yeah they are and by Bruins fans, did you mean Sox fans? or and/or?
So how the hell did you score playoff tickets to game 4 for $90? _________________ I'm a Bruins fan - don't try to confuse me with the facts |

Funny thing is, the tickets were like $17.50 each, I checked. Kept the tickets stubs from back then. Course, the dollar was at 60 cents or something so it hurt my old man more, but whatever. Baseball is the one thing he will spend money on, cheapskate.
And yeah, we parked at some gas station selling spots for $20 5 blocks from the place...
Funniest part of it, we're driving to get to the stadium, never been to Boston before. We're on Yawkey Way, heading directly for the monster. I say, "there it is"... My old man says "where, where???"... YOU'RE GOING TO DRIVE INTO IT!!!
"Oh... yeah..."

Ah, driving in Boston ....
We always used to park in Charlestown for Bruins games, and take the T into the Garden.
Going to the B's/Habs Dec. 6, seriously thinking about just taking the train all the way in _________________ I'm a Bruins fan - don't try to confuse me with the facts |

Strange, Razz, $22 still seems illogically cheap for infield seats, even if they were high up, even for 1996 _________________ I'm a Bruins fan - don't try to confuse me with the facts |

Yes, but if it was a purely investment deal he wouldn't have touched it. The man plays the stock market, hates the idea of gambling on real estate.
But, because it was more to do with helping me put a roof over my head without giving the bank a damn penny, and it got me the hell out of his hair , he bit... |
