Oh man. Laraque?! Good work Gainey. I think the most important signing montreal could make is to sign Gainey and Timmins for 20+ years. His methodological style while sticking to a plan is a breath of fresh air. Timmins ability to mine unknown talent is reminiscent of the Wings. And as far as I can gather, the development teams deserves some ltc too.
I've never been this excited to be a Habs fan.... but I'm getting an idea of what the 70's were like...

What league were YOU watching in the '70s, Razz?
The Habs won 6 cups in the '70s, including 2 over the Bruins
The Bruins won 2 (their last 2), the first of which over an inferior expansion quality team (Stl)

What league were YOU watching in the '70s, Razz?

 I was too lazy to look it up, but I know that the Habs owned everyone in the 70s...
