I want to order a vintage Sabres away jersey. I have a white one (LaFontaine) but not a blue. I'm trying to decided who to get. I want it to be someone who's retired already. Preferably someone I liked growing up.
Choices:
Lindy Ruff
Pierre Turgeon
Rob Ray
Alexander Mogilny
Tom Barrasso
Christian Ruuttu
Mike Foligno
Dave Andreychuk
Mike Ramsey
Dale Hawerchuk
I really don't know. I want a jersey, but if I'm going to spend another $160 I want to make sure I don't wish I got someone else.

Vintage Sabre? I'd go with Doug Bodger (BC boy), or perhaps Dave Snuggerud just because you'd have the name "Snuggerud" on your back.

| If I were... ok let's be honest I'd never in a million years buy a Sabres jersey... BUT... to answer your question... I like Hawerchuk although to me he will always be the face of the Winnipeg Jets... why not Donald Audette? He was money when he played for Buffalo, always extremely underrated... |

The finest 'Chuk to don Buffalo blue has to be Andreychuk.
I can't say "Malarchuk" without seeing that horrible image of him bleeding out onto his crease.....yeegh.....
