I'd have to agree. RB2 is ready for you on 9/14....I have to wait until next month.
I already have to buy a new drum set as the RB1 green pad shit out.
I also have Singstar PS2 Mics that work. _________________

We've got a spate of games coming out that could hog up my time. 9/11 NHL 09......9/16 SW. Force Unleashed. _________________

Thanks for the advice! We already have an USB mic from another game, been hearing that the Harmonix hardware is pretty piss-poor compared to the GH stuff. Will look out for a GH3 controller and next gen drums - is there a separate bass guitar controller as well? Been looking for a good mp game for the kids that is rated E and I hear that RB is very good, although their hardware is not that great. |
The Harmonix guitar controllers are garbage, and I don't see them improving it much...certainly not enough to make them better than Red Octane's.
You should be able to buy the wireless GH3 guitar controllers stand-alone...I'd suggest 2 of them (1 for guitar, 1 for bass). I'm currently using a GH3 and a GH2 controller, but looking for another GH3 when I can find it.
There are a lot of 3rd party hardware developers making controllers for the upcoming games too, so it's way too early to say which drums will be the best...I'll wait until some reviews are in. |

Oh come on, razz. We all know you've created Howie Morenz in each of the last 10 years of NHL games on your Surrey Canadiens team. _________________ "Oh my God. There she is. Lovely Sally Slater. If anyone's playing Spore, send me a PM. We can share monsters. _________________ It seems like you need to be a physics professor to choose the right TV. Luckily, I am one.

Bot a pre-owned copy of Marvel Ultimate Alliance for the 360 this weekend and it's not bad... 2nd gen graphics to be sure, and sometimes annoying camera work, but otherwise it's not so bad... Rated T but the violence wasn't out of touch with current cartoons so I didn't feel too bad playing it with my kids... In general, on par with say, Spiderman: Friend or Foe, only with more characters to play, plus the possibility of unlocking many, many more, including the Villain Pack. I paid something like $13 for it, so it was terrific value for the money. The game allows up to a four-player coop... _________________ ... Because the old one, is well, old.
