That's a shame. Hopefully it's just a passing self-loathing and nothing permanent.
Oh, and memo to the bathroom attendant at the Portuguese Association music venue: yeah, I did that. _________________ It seems like you need to be a physics professor to choose the right TV. Luckily, I am one.

Go see Wolf Parade at Asbury Hall on Nov. 1. I personally guarantee you'll have an amazing time. _________________ It seems like you need to be a physics professor to choose the right TV. Luckily, I am one.

I think I'm far more bothered by how much pork must be consumed in that place ever since it became Portuguese way back when. _________________

I'm bothered by all the people who want to push their beliefs on me. Is there anyone on the planet who actually isn't a bigot?
At my friend's workplace a fellow complained that others were eating pork products in the lunchroom and demanded that nobody be allowed to do so since he was offended that anyone could think of eating pork.
My friend said fuck that shit and cooked up an entire pack of bacon for lunch the next day. Management agreed. Fuck that shit. |

Sometimes the smell of pork makes me a little nauseous, but that's when you go eat somewhere else instead... not bitch to management. You eat what you want and I will eat what I want, and we will both eat our weird food in silence!
Although, I did see a girl at my work eating congealed pig's blood and that just about had me running for the 'filing facilities'... but I didn't say anything about it until she was long gone.
(I still think fish is the devil's food...all those scales and tiny bones... *shudder*) _________________ The Triumphant Return of Treebait!! |

Whoa...I think Ian's comment was in jest, though if I were Jewish I would be a bit bothered by the consumption of pig in a former temple as well. |

Then consider my unfortunate fate that night after eating a bad ham sandwich sweet revenge.

No dude!
Your comment just reminded me of my buddy's bacon story. That and I've been reading too many religious zealot news stories lately.
You come across as moderate, tolerant, yet proud of your religious background and I mean no offense! |

Funny, I have many Jewish friends joke about eating Kosher bacon and oysters... though I think they are not so very observant - ya know - cover the shoulders at the wedding and get thrown around in a chair and go to weddings and funerals and driving cars and such on the sabbath kinds of folks...
I'm not sure if the joke comes from a sense of guilt, defiance or irony.
I'm hoping it's the latter. _________________ www.jimdalling.com |

This is the fourth time in the last couple weeks that a bunch of jesus freaks have held a rally in downtown Edmonton stretching from my condo all the way to my office.
Ok. I get it. You guys love jesus, you hate gays and abortions and people who support gays or are pro-choice. Do you really have to stand around chanting all f'ing day with signs out around my home? |

Jeasus was a revolutionary. These people have nothing to do with the true message of love and understanding.
People using these works of men - old and new testaments - as the word of god to justify hate make me sick. _________________ www.jimdalling.com |
