Well thats their damn problem! They moved Gaborik to goalie! He's probably much better at forward isn't he? _________________

This didn't get much press in Minny, but apparently during a TV timeout last night they put a picture/montage of Wes up on the jumbotron and then some words about "Thank You Wes" or something like that. I think it was in the third period.
Anyway, someone who was at the game just said that obviously the crowd gave it a standing-o - which you'd expect - and the Wild players all tapped their sticks on the ice - which you'd also expect....but that Willie Mitchell also stood there tapping his stick on the ice - which you'd expect because Willie was always a stand up guy, but is pretty darn cool of him to do, nonetheless.
Big resepct for Willie. |

I saw that on the broadcast during the second intermission... I thought it was very well done. Didn't realize how much he owed his success to Lemaire. _________________ ... Because the old one, is well, old.

yeah he got all busted up in his presser talking about Lemaire.
His line about "he took a slab of clay and molded it into a player that I can be proud of" was great, I thought.
Lemaire said he was very touched by his comments. |

And I'm sure he was difference between a Cup and a decade of mediocrity. _________________ Beat my drum down in Mexico! To Tijuana, Tijuana here we go!
