That's right - not sure who I was thinking of. Yeah - I remember Knoblauch almost literally throwing balls into the seats when he got to NY. I kept thinking (and still do) that this guy should have stayed in a small market team with less limelight. The increased focus, or maybe increased expectations, seemed to kill his game.
Apart from the the "everyone has figured him out" theory, I can't think of what else is going on with Ryder. dunno.... Maybe the fact that Mtl/Gainey obviously have no faith in him has caused alot of self-doubt with him. That he's now unsure on what to do with the puck. _________________ The fans represent the soul of the organization. This is their team. Us, we simply try to make it better.
