In OTP Modern it's down beneath the "watch this thread for replies." You use Icicle, right? I think it's also bottom-left corner, but I don't completely remember.

There are 4 icons near the bottom of the page for moderating on Icicle. The 3rd one is "lock/unlock". _________________ It's backwards time.
