Max Afinogenov is not playing after all.

Tie game.
Goal one. Win face off. Spacek one-time. Hecht tip in. (on the PP)
Goal two. Hedburg trying to play the puck. Bad hop off Zamboni door. Pominville puts it in.
This game is getting a little testy. Now that the Sabres have at least ties it up I wouldn't be surprised if it gets uglier.

Players are dropping like flies. Miller got hurt in the and isn't even on the bench for the 3rd. He got interferred with and it looked like his leg got trapped under him funny.
Hossa just went into the boards ackwardly. Adam Mair went in for stitches after getting high sticked.
Oh, yeah and the score is 3-3.

Hossa and Mair are both back.
The Sabres are up by one. 4-3.
And the wind just knocked out the satellite feed.
Correction: Mair was back on the bench but he didn't play.

The Sabres were short-handed. The Thrashers pulled the goalie. Lydman gets a delay of game for putting the puck over the glass.
Thrashers tie the game with 17 seconds left on a 6 on 3.
Thankfully they hung on for those 17 seconds. Going to OT.
