Nice. The Habs take out Steve Downie and it facilitates calling up an absolute blue chipper in Claude Giroux. Personally I think the pride of Gatineau and the franco-Ontarian dominion (from Hawk to Hearst, baby) could be even better than Danny Briere, his ability to stickhandle through traffic and drive to the net is something of pure beauty. Amazing speed, vision, determination and intelligence.
To steal a phrase from Pierre McGuire: "Philadelphia Flyers fans - get excited about Claude Giroux."
