I want a nice set trouble is I have no idea what makes a set a nice set! I'm not having much luck googleing for that info either!

I bought a wood block with 12 knives from crappy tire for 15 bucks Laughing Nothing fancy but gits er done Smile

Good Knives really make a difference. I have a small set that we bought about 5 years ago that suits us quite nicely in our small kitchen:

Knife Set

We didn't need all the cleavers and steak knives and such since my wife is a vegetarian and so we don't prepare meat.

I will probably add one of thesenext.

Prior to this we used a larger collection of hand me downs and others I had acquired over the years.

I love that site.

My wife recently picked me up some Henckels knives for xmas and they rock. Make sure if you get a set of Henckels you get the ones with two guys on them (Twin) and not one. The ones with the single guy logo are shitty.
