Joseph traded to Toronto?
Well, it was fun while it lasted. _________________ It's backwards time. |

Bah we already lost our coach and half our fucking O-line...
Guess we don't wanna actually compete more than once every 20 years. |

This is pretty crazy... who takes the reins now? Crandell? Someone new? Jason Maas?
I didn't realize Joseph was 35, though (how old was he when he started in the CFL?!)... I don't think this is a horrible move if a semi-adequate replacement can be found, as I always thought he was a little overrated, and he's probably on a downswing.
Did Damon Allen ever officially retire? _________________

Yep.. they're fluffing Crandell pretty big time right now. "It was a coin toss who was the starter coming out of training camp." That doesn't mean Crandell can fill in for a MOP... it means they had no faith in EITHER at the time. _________________ It's backwards time. |

What an offseason... lose the coach, release the team's most popular player, trade our top defensive player, lose our top corner to UFA, trade our QB/MVP.... what's next? Is Gainer going to get shot? _________________ It's backwards time. |

Looks like that finite amount of sports karma has shifted back from one of your teams to the other. So maybe this is a sign that the Habs are Cup-bound!
At the very least your sig makes sense again!
Well, I will remain a bandwagon-jumping Riders fan...for now. |

We did sign an ex-Bronco running back. Can't remember the name, but I thought of your fandom when I read it. _________________ It's backwards time. |

Ah, just checked the roster. Quentin Griffin! Talented guy with some speed but his lack of size will probably keep him from ever being a #1 back. Right on...hopefully he does at least a little better up north than former Bronco Jarious Jackson. |

Jarious had a pretty damn good year last year. And if ex-Bronco is all it takes, you should be a Lions' fan anyway...! _________________
