Feaster already has offers from Columbus (roster players), Dallas (big package that includes G Mike Smith) and Vancouver (blue chip prospects, possibly including Luc Bourdon and/or Cory Schneider) for Richards, and Richards has been given the list of teams that the Lightning are considering; Richards wants to go to a playoff contender so that suggests Dallas and to a lesser extent Vancouver, have the inside track. It should make for a very interesting day... 
There's also a rumor that Koules will want the team to slash its payroll, and that would impact not just Richards but Lecavalier and/or St. Louis' availability this summer. That would be tragic for its fanbase.

Tampa is 7th in home attendance #'s at 18708. They're 15th in capacity %, but that's because their barn is I think 2nd in the league to Montreal in sheer # of seats.
I think they're also in the top-10 in revenue, accoring to an interview with Doug MacLean back when he had an offer for the team.
