My best friend, who also works at this bar, asked me to take the picture down.
I did this as a favor to her. She wasn't there and didn't see the way he acted, but he called her and tattled.
But because she asked I took the pics down.
I stand by my statement that he's a douchenozzle.

1. I think he acted like a complete asshole.
2. My two cents is that snapping photos of celebrities when they're doing what gets them the huge coin is ok; doing it when they're on their down time, however is not. Just my opinion, I realize there is no clear answer here, but if I were him, I'd have been a bit annoyed too... |

He thinks he is. I would have asked him if I could take his picture if I didn't think I would be sexually harrassed. As far as I'm concerned he deserved it for what he said to my friend (the bartender).
I still can't believe he followed me into the ladies room. It had to be the craziest thing that has ever happened to me.

I have to disagree on #2, Razz.
Lots of people take pictures of happenings in bars, parties, etc.
This includes bar-bands, and drunk people dancing on stage
If someone can snap your picture dirty dancing on stage after too many shots, then Losman is fair game as well ... regardless of what he thinks of himself
Patty, you should have snapped his picture in the ladies room - let him explain that one to the Bills ... or the Police
At any rate, when he was whining to your friend, you could have brought up the fact that he walked into the ladies room, and he's damn lucky you're not pressing charges against him.
Actually, you'd be doing the Bills a favor if you did

It's a long story.
Basically he came into my friend's bar. He acted like a jerk. Didn't like that I took his picture without asking.
He whined to another friend of mine that usually takes care of him when he comes there (she wasn't working) and she asked me to take it down. So I did.
