So after being found guilty on all 5 counts, Ramage will serve a 4 year sentence.

Does this beak actually think sentencing Ramage to 4 years will magically stop people from getting into their cars when they're hammered???

I really don't understand the law. Always thought the law was blind to bias... or maybe it's blind to justice.... never could remember. Eyes wide open to income though, thank God.
