I know 21 Jump was suppose to be New York ,... its friggen Vancouver!

I think Vancouver and Miami are the two furthest NHL cities from each other.. this is officially the longest road trip in distance either way in the NHL.

anyhoos , "Must Win" game for Vancouver , already in panic mode for some , if they lose tonight it will be full out panic mode.

Luongo's return , you would think its a guaranteed 0-1 goal against but he's not the same lately (with understandable reasons) and the team is depleted with injuries galore. FLA will be hungry to stay in the race.

let us all hold hands and sing " I like to buy a world a coke and keep it company....."

I'm looking forward to comparing Bryan Allen to our defensive core.

He held the fort for us when we lost all of our top ranked defencemen.

I like overachievers.

...wish we had more of them.

Yeah,I was a big fan of Allen when he was here,He is definitely something this team could use more of(team toughness on the backend)But I guess ya gotta give up something if you want a goalie like Luongo.

If there is one hockey play I miss in this year's rendition of the Canucks (other than scoring and winning) it's the big hits at the blue line.

Considering how often our D gets boarded by forecheckers, you'd think they'd be looking for a little payback when the puck is being carried in.

It isn't the smartest play, or particularly high percentage...but it sure feels good when our D slams the door. Laughing

I miss Jovo, Allen and the younger Ohlund for that if nothing else.
Bieksa has that edge but I don't think he has the green light.

AV is in to higher percentage plays from his D.

He's probably right....sigh.

Vokoun puts on a clinic.

Nazzy fails to connect on a rare penalty shot.

Now to the shoot out...

Nice come from behind victory for the Panthros.

Fuck the Nucks. They suck. Weakest division in the league and they get one point in two games.

Nucks lose.

To bad Trev was sitting this one out, he's gold in the shoot-out.
