Thankfully I missed this telegraphed atrocity. I mean seriously, who felt good about this game coming in?
Koivu and Higgins (based on me reading the stats) played like shit yet again. I'm sure that was the case anyways.
Anyways, I was at the Video Games Live show tonight, and I recommend everyone to go see it when they visit your town.

Yep, no secondary offensive threats at all made this one easy. Kovalev tried to win it for the Habs by himself.... there was one opportunity in the last 10 minutes that he had Plex wide open at the side of the net but was so focused on shooting he didn't see him and took the high shot.
And Koivu not paying any attention led to the EN goal. That guy's head is in the clouds. His competitive level is at an all-time low.
