What's up with the bright pink backdrop behind their photos? They on an old Star Trek studio set or something? Laughing

While it's too early to tell whether Mitchell will be back by Thursday, I think it's still worth considering how AV will handle his d. During the last game, I think he went with the pairings of Salo (26:37) and Bourdon (15:37)/Weaver (17:54), and Ohlund (29:35) and Edler (27:34), with McIver playing sparingly (9:17)... If Mitchell comes back, then the obvious move is to send McIver back to MTB and ease Mitchell back in... The bigger question is when Miller or Krajicek comes back; Weaver has played well over the long-term, but Bourdon is also playing pretty well. My guess is they'll decide in favor of the more experienced Weaver and send Bourdon back down for more ice time in MTB.

The Canucks' rookie dance-off! Laughing Laughing

Now that I know Mike Weaver ("Micro-weave," according to Bieksa) is a Mac user, I am an even bigger fan than Luvah.

Bonus marks for the robot and the leg guitar! and added bonuses for the spinarooni and the sexy boy pose. Kesler had no love for McIver's moves , though he didnt have any.

after you see stuff like that , dont trade any of them!

The trivia game wasnt too bad either.

Good weekend for Nucks fans... Edmonton beats the Avs, and the Phlegms beat the Wild, both in regulation time... That means Vancouver is two points out of first place in the NW, with a game in hand. Smile

Because you asked for it, The Hives vs. The Vancouver Canucks.

Is that Salo with the Sedins? Anyways, the Swedish garage rockers lost 6-5 to the three Canuck Swedes in a 3 on 5 game.

Pronger accused of stomping on Kesler's calf

http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/news_story/?ID=231940&hubname=nhl

they were talking about this all morning , havent seen it... if true , 20-25 games easily. Repeat offender and viscious act. Simon got 25 games ,lets see Soupy Sales aka Colin Campbell make the call IF this was true.

It's looking like they'll get a free pass because the cameras weren't trained right on them when it happened. Despite numerous eyewitnesses, the NHL will cite lack of video evidence and let him off.

I can totally see that happening.. OR they;ll give him 5 games or something pathetic. The NHL justification will be He's found guilty but Kesler isnt injured therefore no sevre punishment needed and please ignore the Simon-Ruutu incident as a comparitive case study. Im Colin Campbell , I make things up as I go along.
