As a precaution, the Red Wings will sit Brian Rafalski (D) for Friday night's game against Columbus because of a sore groin. Kyle Quincey has been re-called from Grand Rapids to replace Rafalski in the line up. Chris Osgood will start in net backed up by Jimmy Howard.
