Right knee injury to Lidstrom.
Looked like he had a concussion. _________________ Bring back the old OTP!

Passed the concussion test with flying colors apparently, so no concussion... _________________ Bring back the old OTP!

Automatic, I didn't even so much as think the knee after seeing Lidstrom following the hit. That's pretty amazing if he doesn't have a concussion, as he had his bell rung something serious on that hit!

No, the latter is more accurate than the former when it comes Lidstrom.
At least Rafalski is back next game _________________ Bring back the old OTP!

No, apparently Babcock says it's something mild inside of his knee and he's out 7-10 days. I sure as hell hope he's right. _________________ Bring back the old OTP!

| So do I...I didn't see Lappy's hit on him. Was it questionable? A blatant cheap shot? Or was it just a regulation hit? |

Looked fine to me. Lidstrom went to make a play on the puck in a really vulnerable position, which pretty much never happens. Laperriere hit him really hard, Lidstrom got turned and went into the glass back-first and whacked his head off of the glass. He must have sprained his knee on the way down. Lapperiere had his arm up really high when Lidstrom hit the glass, but it looked like that was as a result of Lidstrom getting turned around.

Lidstrom will be out 3 weeks with a sprained MCL. I did not think the hit was dirty although he did finish with his forearm to Nick's head. Downey dealt with it.
