Gotta keep on winning,Just to keep pace with the Flames and keep some space between us and the Avs,Blues and 'Yotes,It'll be nice to see BXA back in uniform as well.

Just in time to tell Vern Fiddler how the recovery went! Laughing

He's the Grimsby Reaper, and he's come to collect...

Damned... I liked how the kid was developing... But to his credit, Weaver has been doing pretty well, too... Isbister has been earning his spot in Pyatt's absence, so that stands to reason...

My guess:
Edler/Ohlund
Mitchell/BXA
Salo/Weaver

With Mitchell and Salo double-shifting since Weaver doesn't usually get that many minutes and they'll want to ease BXA in...

Rusty. The tying goal was his check. He wasn't too too bad.

Damned but Vancouver really didn't match up well with Nashville tonight. They are very quick, have an up-tempo, aggressive forecheck, pass well and for a team that was ranked 28th at home on the PP, they were damned dangerous with the man advantage. They seemed to move the puck very well and Vancouver's defensive zone coverage was pretty piss poor from the looks of it; Nashville had chances all over the ice. Several uncharacteristic penalties by Daniel and Henrik late in the game that cost them a point (could have won 2-1 in regulation time but for that late PP Mad ).

I don't know if Vancouver was just tired or simply too passive but Nashville was all over them for most of the game; the shots really did reflect the play, and Vancouver would have been blown out if their goalie had any other name other than Luongo... MayRay had a brilliant game, and really was the most dangerous player for Vancouver all night. The Sedins were shut down and frustrated all night, and it seemed that Nashville had a step on them all night - hence the poor penalties.

BXA was okay, nothing spectacular but that was expected. Just having him in the lineup seemed to give the forwards another offensive option and that was cool to see again. 3rd win in a row... We'll take it.

I agree,What I saw of the game was pretty lackluster on the Nucks behalf,After blasting Luongo for most of February it sure was nice to see him steal one again though,Iwill say one thing after that game,Arnott was fantastic,He would look so good playing in Vancouver,IMO He has the main ingredients that we seem to lack,(size and the ability to use it)

Tonite was not a good nite for the swedes. I thought this was Edler's worst game. NAzzy wiffed on an open net, Hank cross check JP in the face. On the flip side MAyray's best game in an Orca the kid was really showing his colours tonite and did what I've been saying about good players made the guys around him look better. Is it a coincidence that Cooke is looking his best of the season while playing with MayRay? Luongo was incredible! Arnotts goal was a beauty one timer off a great pass.

Raymond is our canadian version of Maxim Afinogenov. He looked like vintage 2003 Naslund with that patience.

Shannon as a RW with Sedins , 2 goals in 3 games. As centre for Raymond 5 assist in 6 games. Shannon does it all.

Cowan finally connected on someone...POP , but he couldnt finish him off.

Shannon does look great with Raymond,I think one of the announcers last night was saying that when Mo gets back they should put him on that line with the kids,I can't help but get excited about that prospect Razz
