Given the Gagne situation, I can understand why they did this, but true - we can't forget Philly is only 1 year removed from having to "re-build" ... Besides that long ass losing streak, I think they've done well & may be better served next year & there after hanging on to there prospect.
(Really, I don't know anything about this Picard dude) _________________

7th rounder and a conditional 2009 draft pick... so... the same 2009 conditional pick that Tampa acquired from Philly for Prospal, I'm assuming. So now the condition must be for Philly "should we make this draft pick or not".
