Not sure what the hell happened to Brad. Maybe he was just expected to do too much after he was dealt from SJ, I don't know. But hey if there's a place to be reclaimated it's Detroit for sure.

Stuart 63 gp 5 g 16 a 21 pts -16
Not sure how much time left on Stuarts 3.5 million deal that is important, I know Gill has next year at 2.075,
Did not start this day thinking I would play the role of Hal Gills mother...but so be it.

Stuart can skate. Gill can't. We already have Lilja who I can beat in a race while wearing my goalie gear, and is a better penalty killer and shot blocker than Gill.

The Red Wings MIGHT get the motivated Stuart, the one who is always moving and making plays ... maybe
When things start going bad, that's when he mails it in and starts pouting
making stupid, selfish plays, and visibly giving up on plays
That's what he did in Boston once he knew he wasn't gonna be be re-signed
(which actually drove his trade value WAY down)
Don't know what the story was in LA, I can only assume losing isn't good for his
fragile psyche
Not something to worry about in Detroit, if he's a bad apple, they'll weed him out
