I'm listening over the internet: sounds like the Nucks are really back on their heels so far.

Well,I,ll tell ya CC,This is one of those games in which you only need to see about 5 minutes before ya know your team is going to very likely get slaughtered,You can tell the players are getting frustrated with AVs linejuggling as well,They asked D.Sedin what he thought of starting the period with Shannon and then ending it with Pettinger,He than got a disgusted sort of look and said I don't know,You'll have to ask the coach. It's all right there in a nutshell if you ask me Mad
1-0 Hawks after 1

Yeah,That was pretty funny Laughing The announcer keeps going on about the high stick and how neither referee saw it,Than it shows the replay and it's clearly an elbow meanwhile he keeps ranting about the high stick and finally the refs must have heard him and they make the call yet there wasn't one.meanwhile they decide not to make the original instigating penalty that they were originally going to call Rolling Eyes This year has been funny that way,We have been given an abnormally high amount of phantom highsticking calls that never happened and we have had an abnormally high amount of uncalled highsticking infractions not called against opposing teams.

In any event, none of the above matters as the Nucks put forth an agonizing display of AV hockey and they don't look like much of a team right now.Methinks this group has tuned out the coach and it may be time to cut our losses on the season.

Sounds like this one was the suck. If they truly were going to give up, you'd hope they'd have done a week before the trade deadline.

Yaaaay to missing the playoffs by two points and drafting some large centerman projected to have "third line upside."

I looked at that hit again and it looked like Toews own stick hit him in the face.
