Thrillsy with two, Metro with one, and Chara finally hurts somebody. And FU Tuomo Ruutu and your cross check at 20:00 of the third. Go blow a tire you dainty fuckhead.

Only 10,290 bothered to show up, though...

Any word on Chara's hand yet?

$7.5m guy fighting a league minimum guy. Despite all of Koci's blood, the Hawks win that fight based on economics.

I read that that was Chara's first fight as a Bruin?

Yeah Hitler decreed that Chara couldn't

a) date Jewish people and

b) fight

Theother thing is, as good as Toews is, it was nice to see Kessel trump his recent highlight reel effort with one of his own. Kessel is humble but you sense that he's got that inner pride that causes him to show up in big situations... love it...

Yeah, Kessel definitely has more character than was ever mentioned of him before draft day.

How's Bergeron doing, razz? Haven't heard much about him this year.

Yeah the word on Bergy is that he's playing much better, forechecking harder, generally way more helpful than when he was playing hurt last year. I think the problem is that with a kid line of Lucic, Krejci and Kessel as the 3rd line, the second line has been the one Julien goes to to shut down the opposing top line. So, Sturm, Bergy and Kobasew have to focus a little more on D than they otherwise would.

All that said, Bergy has 7 points, and we've only played 9 games. Not terrible...

Yup, sounds like he's grown and matured a lot. I remember before Glen Murray said he was highly skilled, but immature for a guy coming into the league that young. Good to see that he's growing up, and his shootout prowess shows that like you said, he's up for the big situations.

Bergeron is centering the 1st line, with Sturm and Murray
Kobasew has been skating with Savard and Schaefer
It's been that way in just about every game I've seen

Weird, the reports have been Murray and Kobasew shuttling between each of the top 2 lines...

We really need Muzz to get going. I love the guy, but at 35 or whatever he is, if he doesn't get going soon, trade his 4 milllion dollar salary to San Jose for some Thornton-Muzz love and get back whatever short term contracted warm body you can. Bochenski is ready...

Well there is some line migration, especially during line changes, PP, Kills, etc.
But for the most part, that's the way Clode has been setting things

Bochenski I don't think has even dressed for a game yet
He is clearly in Clode's doggie house
