Used, almost 2 years old. Still in great working shape. Still usuable with newer games, but not at really high resolutions with all the goodies(was running Cod4 at 800x600).

Original packaging and all accessories included. Comes with 2 games, Far Cry 2 (I think) and some racing game. Both were never installed.
