I've Been to the shitter 3 times this morning..........the last time I sat in there for almost 45 minutes.............farting uncontrollably the whole time.

Maybe my couple of months of super healthy diet before even getting on the Kashi prepared my system for the fiber shock?

Well I would be ok with a little gas..........but there's a dump truck rumbling through my intestines and the gas has been audible in 2 meetings so far this morning.
People in the shitter think I am f'n dying......
I've already got IBS so this isn't reallly helping out in that department either...... _________________

Ever since I started buying Stride gum I've basically stopped eating. The gum keeps its flavour for so long you forget to spit it out. I have one after lunch and I don't eat anything until dinner 6-7 hours later. I used to eat dinner at around 6-7, now I eat dinner an hour later just to get more mileage out of the gum. _________________ It seems like you need to be a physics professor to choose the right TV. Luckily, I am one.

I'm slowly getting back to running.... my elbow, shoulder, back, and knee all hurt . But, I'm back on the diet wagon so hopefully I can get back down - I'm approaching 200 again and not all of it is added muscle...
SuperPump should be called SuperDump. Holy FUCK did it give me the runs when I started on it about a year ago. And we're talking sneak attacks too... when you thnk you're gonna fart and FUCK... not even sharting, like full on... dangerous thing to consume outside of the home  |

Well I don't think its Kashi Go Lean after all Craig so you are off the hook (but I am still bitter about your Fantasty Hockey showings)....f'n a man I think it was just this weird ass stomach bug....and now my poor 9 month old daughter has it...she cried all night.
I had some toast and a coffee this morning but that's it.....its in a constant state of gurgle.....
I told the instructors at the gym yesterday and they said they eat Kashi all the time and there was something else wrong with me. So then I sprinted off to the wrecker in the locker room...and I drop the long bomb....and then I hear one of them laughing at me! And he says so sorry Jay.....as he is giggling his ass off.
After kickboxing class and running 2 miles I had to wreck again......and this time some guy I don't even know says...........Wow that was you dropping all that ass in there? That's talent............
I said no sir....that's a problem.
I don't mean to discuss my stomach bug...but damn!

I think I am all set for my 7K Runnin of the Green on Sunday....I cut my 2 mile below 8 minutes per. Bring on the Beer and smokes! _________________

I don't have any big secrets I just cut my caloric intake down to 2,000 to 2,500 calories a day and started to excercise. I'll admit I went even more lo-fat in my diet than I was before. But that's about it. I also suspect a lot of water loss because I started drinking gatorade by the litres. I've been pissing like a race horse. I feel like I'm tied to the bathroom some days. Great job RW! Seems the sooner people realize a combo of good diet + exercise is the solution and give up on some miracle fix the better.
