Pfffffft...obviously this Holland guy didn't go to the Toronto school of payroll management. They used the NTC as an way of keeping the deal cap-friendly!? Ridiculous. Everyone knows that even if the guy has publicly stated a desire to play for your team, you're supposed to throw a max salary at him AND a no-movement clause.  |
