same forward lines vs Dallas which means the swedes are split up

Naslund Morrison Pett
Raymond H. Sedin Pyatt
Burr Kes D. Sedin
Cowan Rypien Linden

McIver is back in tonight.. I would assume Bourdon sits out.

Btw Bourdon took off his visor. This is a classic case of player who cant use the "im not use to it" excuse.. hate to sound like a parent but put the visor back on!

apparently Linden gave a big speech before the Dallas game.

Moj brought up a good point , funny how a guy like Linden who was supposedly useless and cant play anymore was in the for the final minute taking all the faceoffs to protect the lead vs Dallas.

What I wanna know is, how often has one of the 'leaders' stood up and given a speech in the past, only to see the team stumble and fall over the next 60 minutes... Laughing

Mad

He kept icing the puck, so he couldn't change him. Laughing

Props to Rypien for taking on a larger Carcillo (5'10" 181 lbs vs. 5' 11" 202 lbs.)... Henrik notches his first goal in a bazillion games... 1-0 Van. The Nucks seem to have more energy and jump to start the game.

First Goal is Henrick from Daniel so that didn't last long - or was this still pressure from the powerplay

Vancouver had a lot pressure; I think they were still on the PP or just finished one... Wait - they are 0 for 1 so no PP goal.

Pyatt scores on the PP! Very Happy

EDIT: Phoenix has not shown any energy at all in this game.

Proving once again, that a two-goal lead is the toughest lead to protect if you're the Vancouver Canucks... Rolling Eyes

Carcillo scores on a scramble...

Well that should pretty much do it for the Yotes and the Eulers,Now it's in the Nucks hands,They control where they finish from here on in Cool (9 in a row against their own division to finish the regular season,This should make for an exciting finish Cool

Raymond out 4 weeks with sprained MCL

seeing that two lines are set for now .. Sedins-Pyatt , new WCE Lite , ... Isbister is probably a better fit with Bur and Kes. Though they'll miss the game breaking speed.

GET THE HELL OUTTA MY FORUM YOU COMIC BOOK PUNK GEEKS!

[He says only because he never read these comic books...]

Good win last night; shame about MayRay but at least it's only a sprain and not a season-ending injury...
