I have a couple of Sprint phones that were bot on our credit card and were sent to me almost five years ago if that'll help... 
When my youngest was born, we received two phones that had been ordered on our credit card and sent to our address... Thankfully, AmEx sent the phones to our home and billing address instead of where the it was requested to be sent; we told Sprint about it (they said they'd investigate and send an RMA label to us - we never heard from them again) and AmEx, who immediately reversed the charge.
