There's probably a link to this elsewhere already but meh, this is worth posting twice...

It's just too bad it wasn't Ruslan Salei firing it.

Yeah, it's in the YouTube Hockey Highlights thread.

Yeah, and the Leafs are still in it. Mad

Man, 2 people at work today said they couldn't wait till I got in to tell me the Leaf victory and the Hab loss.

And before you tell me it's futile try telling that to a Leaf fan living here in Toronto. Mad Mad

I BLAME YOU SASK!! Mad

Isles should definitely be ashamed of themselves. No Sundin, no Antro, Vesa gives up a laughable goal, and they STILL LOST. Rolling Eyes

As annoying as it is for you with Hab fans, it's doubling annoying, since we live in the Toronto area, and yes I know I will probably have the last laugh, but over the last few seasons, just like a bad smell, the Leafs always seem to hang around till the end.

Generally around here the Hab fans I know only became Hab fans to be the ying to the masses of Leaf fan yang, so I expect nothing less from them than constant harassment...it's there job. A few got into them because they as kids in the 80's they wanted to back a winner and thought it would be to obvious to become Oiler fans. Then there are the French speaking ones I know and they got the taint from watching French CBC for Hockey night.

Anyway in your case US679 I fully understand hiding the shame of being a Flyers fan behind the mask of a Habs fans.

Oh - and in regards to your last post. Whatever it takes to not cheer for a shitty team that rhymes with ..... Leafs..... and pretends to care about winning is fine by me! Wink
