How much it should cost to hire a clown for an afternoon?
Seriously... my new baseball team wants to hire a clown to come and throw out the first pitch at our home opener... we're also having a drunkest fan competition... anyway, I figure they charge by the hour, but anyone hired one for a kid's party or anything like that?
Stinky, aren't you in town in April? The game is April 20...

I fly in on the 19th with a show in Pork Coquitlam (sp?) on the 20th. Not sure what time though...

Bastard. With this year's winter the baseball fields might not be ready until late May. My team is going to be Giants bad.

the game is at 12:00 noon - if your show is at night you can do it!!! we'll ply you with all the beer you can drink (i'm sure you perform well hammered) and lots of nubile 19 year olds - my team is made up of 20-22 year old males, except for me...
seriously, bring your clown outfit! you can throw out the first pitch...
PS Maple Ridge is right next door to Port Coquitlam, 15 minutes will get you to wherever you need to be in PoCo... |

I signed with a contender; the promise of playing with great players who are out to do nothing but have fun was worth the extra drive to Maple Ridge for practices and games...
The team wants me to leadoff, because they actually cheer for their own guy to strike out to start the game off they also have a running competition to see how little someone can run on a grounder before peeling off to the dugout fuck it's a mockery but then they go out and pound out 16 runs and everyone shuts up. So, they don't need my stick, but they'll take it 
BTW EL it's about 12 degrees here today and dry as a martini. Practice should be GREAT  |
