Hopefully this means we can snag Craig Conroy in the offseason...

I bet Kristian Huselius is feeling very secure about his future right now.

Definitely inflated for a 65 point centre (probably 55 if he had average linemates). Calgary's headed for cap purgatory, if they're not there already. This team can't win with the guys they have, and in two years the same guys will have to do it with an even worse supporting staff.

Huselius should tell his agent that he'll take less money elsewhere if the team guarantees him an automatic trade should Keenan get hired.

He still has 4 years left in Calgary, but I'm sure someone will find a way Laughing

I'll put my money on Florida hiring Keenan as Martin's successor as both coach and GM.

This has been my fear with the Flames. They seem to on a slippery slope with cap space....I don't know how this deal is even affordable for them. I am sorry bu Langkow is not worth this money and a NTC? Give me a break. The core guys are obviously not adequate without a supporting cast of decent players.....they continue to ignore their lack of a No. 1 Center.
