We do eat this stuff, but it doesn't seem in the spirit of organic food to buy it non-locally. _________________

7 grain cereal?
http://www.kashi.com/
Dude, you know what it is I bet? Milk ... probably "lactose sensitive".
A bowl of cereal in the morning has ruined my day on a few occassion before .... interestingly enough, yogurt seems to do me well.
You should try some Stonyfield low-fat vanilla yogurt ..... a cup of that w/ a cup - cup & 1/2 of bixed berries, 5 ice cubes & some plain (or vanilla flavored) protein powder; makes on awesome smoothie. ANd quite nutritious & I bet it will help your gut!.
7 grain breads are good too ... w/ a little bit of peanut butter & crushed/mushed berries? I have that for breakfast a lot. Not to brag or anything, I just pounded 2 cheese burgers I made here!

I was at a party a couple of weeks ago where I didn't know too many of the people there. I was already pretty tipsy and I was chatting up the hostess. I saw her box of Kashi cereal on the shelf next to us, so I asked her if she was into health food (usually a good in).
She said she only eats it because she likes the taste, so I asked her if she didn't mind the usual mid-morning "after-effects." Let's just say I didn't make a good first impression. _________________ John McCain is fit as a fiddle… Is 71 the new 30?” - Fox News' Rich Lowry
