A bit of non-news, but I suppose practice will be more competitive. No announcement yet, but it is expected the Habs will call up several players from the Bulldogs, whose season ended over the weekend to join the team in Montreal. Certain to get invites are Yann Danis, Pavel Valentenko, Matt D'Agostini, Kyle Chipchura, Duncan Milroy, and Corey Locke. I'd venture that Mathieu Carle, J-P Cote, and Jonathon Ferland will also be brought up, as well as Brock Trotter, as Gainey apparently has yet to meet the kid. 
Ben Maxwell's junior season recently ended as well, so he's a possibility.

That's all. No AHL vets, save Danis.... the other 5 are in their first or second season pro. Recent AHL Player of the Month Corey Locke, who was recalled twice during the regular season (playing in one game), doesn't get the call. Neither do Milroy, Ferland, and Cote.
