Both Kostitsyns are horrid divers. As are Markov, Kovalev, Latendresse, Begin... I could go on but you get the point.

I agree, the only way you get rid of the diving is by giving the other team a PP. That will shut down the diving, especially in the playoffs.

With Montreal, putting them 4 on 4 is like a PP they're so skilled, so that's no deterrent.

On the Axelsson play, here's the thing. I actually think that is obstruction, and that is the single biggest thing they need to do to open up the game. Call EVERY LITTLE obstruction at the blueline on the dump ins. Axie was nowhere near the puck, played the body, and on that basis deserved a penalty.

BUT... they don't. Given that they don't, I don't think Axelsson should have been called. It should have been a PP for us on the dive.

There is something of a 2 step rule (ie the roughing the QB rule) in regards to interference ... Kostitsyn had the puck, dumped it away, and promptly ran into Axelsson...Lucic tried his little self pass many times, and got creamed by Habs defenders (not falling for it any more Laughing ) so if that's not interference, the play on Axelsson can't be either...

If you're gonna do that, then call NEITHER and just let them play

Everyone has counted us out. EVERYONE. Don't have a chance. Can't keep up with the Habs. Shouldn't even be in the playoffs. Sam, you said we should give up our spot to Carolina. Suck on this pal, you don't have fucking clue...

Actually it was me.

See ya in game seven.

Whoever it was, maybe Montreal should have given up their spot if they're gonna play without any balls. Gutless pukes...

Stand back, it is logic time.
The series is going to game 7 right? To me that would mean the treams are very evenly matched. Taking your statement into account wouldn't that mean that both teams are sans-testicles?
