I was in Vancouver up until last night for the start of Passover, so I got to be in disbelief first hand...
Plus, my ex-girlfriend tells me that she used to babysit for Aquaman. _________________

Is he as much of a dink as everyone seems to be saying? Inquiring minds want to know... _________________ ... Because the old one, is well, old.

Oh well... More of the same. Chalk it up to the sad, sad history of this franchise... _________________ ... Because the old one, is well, old.

I like him already. _________________

Seriously? Lowe is acting all pissy with Gillis when it's CLEAR it was Nylander (at the behest of his wife) who reneged? What a jackass.

Gillis at the next GMs meetings after stuffing his face with shrimp and Lowe making a wise crack about the ocean calling and claiming they ran out of shrimp , Gillis responds: Hey Kevin , the Jerk Store called they ran out of YOU!

I remembered yesterday a story Don Cherry told on CoachesCorner this past season , he somewhat faulted Gillis for his firing in Colorado! lol... Cherry says he had to make a decision in training camp , cut rugged popular role player Ron Delorme whom deserved to be there or cut the GM's golden boy 5th overall pick , the future franchise Mike Gillis whom according to Cherry was lazy and not even close... Cherry obviously chose Delorme to make the team and Cherry said frm that moment he knew he(himself) was a goner.

Mike "Dobie" Gillis gets his Maynard Krebs aka Phoenix Assistant GM Laurence Gilman.
Wait... Aquaman/Acquilini... Mike Gillis.... Laurence Gillman... This franchise was formerly Orca Bay Sports... The current ownership is purging itself of mammals and replacing them with cold fish! _________________ ... Because the old one, is well, old.
