Raps have really taken a nose dive but I still watch from time to time.

Some team with Green outfits seems to be good.

Jordan appears to have retired sometime.

Laughing Laughing Laughing

a new basketball thread?

To be honest, you watch the Raptors more than I've watched the Celtics since the '80s, when a bunch of current GMs were players Laughing

EDIT: just noticed the other b-ball thread had been locked
Why lock a thread before the playoffs even start?
Even if the MLB and NFL off-season got more action Laughing

I grew up watching those Celtics, as well as the Showtime Lakers and of course, the Nuggets. Better basketball could not be found, even with all the garish uniforms and short shorts. Laughing

Nuggets are fighting for they're playoff lives, and for the first time in a long time I really couldn't care less.

Every time I see the Nuggets on Sportscenter, it's for giving up an astonomical amount of points Laughing

In Seattle they are prepping themselves for possibly the last Sonics game in Seattle vs Dallas. Though unofficial , everything is pointing that they are leaving this summer for Oklahoma City.

Sad thing is he's still going to be getting a paycheck from MSG.

Funny that both men in charge of Dolan's teams have made it clear that he is not to interfere in the affairs of either of them. Laughing

Oh and the Nuggets made the playoffs. Yay. Hey, at least it's not the Spurs, but it should be just as quick of a dispatching.

Nuggets swept by the Lakers. Countdown begins on George Karl's firing starting t-minus 5 minutes ago.

The amusing thing is with our high proportion of mods to regular members, it doesn't really even matter... Laughing

This thread has more action after it was locked than before. Should we just flat out remove it?

The lock? No.

This is like a Mods' Exclusive Post-Whoring Sanctuary.
