I have three hours in between work and plans tonight. I'm going to roam the city for a good taco place.

I grilled a nice striploin to perfection last weekend. I think I'll have to do it again this weekend.

EDIT: Btw, a slice of this makes a decent cut of meat fantastic... My five-year-old refuses to eat red meat unless it's a 'steak with cheese.'

The best BBQ steak is by far the ribeye,It is not only tender with the perfect amount of marble but is incredibly tasty as well.I would rather have a ribeye than filet mignon, tenderloin or sirloin strip although these are definitely decent cuts as well Cool

I agree on the taste of a Ribeye and go with that when doing grill and serve, but tenderloin medallions just have a texture and look that I really dig.

So the question is do you prefer the large or small side of the T-bone? I believe the large is a Strip loin and the small is the Tenderloin.

The bigger side is usually the one that has the fat - and when it's crunchy from the bbq, I like that. But I love the small side best and chewing on the bone.

I'm gonna start drooling in a sec!

I have a fat groundhog living under my house. I was following some paw prints on the fresh earth I put in the other day, and there he was, scurrying about. Is that bastard going to cause any problems for me down the line, or should I just leave him be?

I don't want him killing me in my sleep.

From my brother's best man:

Quote:
Hello everyone!

I would like to anounce a Mike and Jen's Stock the Bar!!! Saturday June 7th at 630.

I know this short notice, I am sorry and understand if you are already booked for another occassion. However, if you can make
it, for those who have not attended one before, the idea is to bring a gift that would contribute to the new bar of Mike and Jen.

This is a surprise

I would probably be the one to leek the news so I will just ignore Johan for a month...that should do it.
There will be a barbecue
with some beverages and such. However, if you plan on getting hammered...which is totally acceptable, please bring a your own
supply.

Guess whose email he included in the list?
