Boring, boring, boring...then nail biting time. Is it just me but did there seem to be a lot of dumping in and chasing after?

In OT now..freaking frantic.

Geezopete - this seems like a really sloppy game. Maybe I'm just used to the Red Wings and puck possession. But both teams seem to be slamming the puck to..anywhere and the other team picking it up.

Ok - Second OT. I'm going outside to have a cigarette (non-smoking hotel).

When you're tired and trying to keep your shifts short, it's really the only effective way to create pressure in the offensive zone. Nobody wants to be the guy who tried to dangle into the opponent's zone only to lose the puck and create an odd-man rush for the other team.

In OT, you're trying to minimize mistakes and hope your opponent creates a turnover. No fancy stuff in the neutral zone.

I understand that for the OT shifts. It seems as if both teams were doing that from the beginning of the game.

We've now played two full games in Dallas. The fans at the barn haven't left yet, and neither will I.

Brendan Morrow has 18 hits in the game.
Mike Ribeiro has played 49 minutes.
Shots 61-49 in favour of the Sharks.
Dallas successfully killed a penalty in the third OT.

Morrow carried the team in so many ways. Way to be a Captain!

Ya Sharks had no answer for Morrow, he is an animal and basically did whatever he wanted out there and even after the (clean) Michalek hit nobody really put pressure on him, Cheechoo was the only guy I saw try to really hit him. Fitting that Morrow got the winner for sure.

Frustrating series for Sharks fans but Dallas deserved the win - they are good!

I was kind of hoping that someone like Crombeen would score the goal in a Petr Klima type fashion. I was also kind of hoping that a couple of the players would crack 60 minutes of ice time... Campbell got to 56 before taking that fateful penalty.

Ribeiro was over 50, same with Morrow. Freaking insane.

Morrow destroyed him! Michalek has 2 or 3 inches and 20 pounds on Morrow, and he just bounced off of him with his head down. Morrow didn't even take a stride on that hit too. He was gliding in and just put his shoulder into him. Morrow is a tank.
